Axiom Labs Solutions • Effective 29 July 2026
1. Who operates the service
Axiom Labs Solutions operates PirateBay Uganda and determines how personal data is used for the website, mobile app, and Smart TV app. This notice explains our current practices.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as email address, username, internal account identifiers, and authentication records; device and session details such as an app-generated installation identifier, device type, operating system, app version, active-session status, and last-active time; watch progress, favourites, requests, reports, notification activity, and account preferences; and technical records such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, error details, and security events. Offline files and download progress are primarily stored on your device. We do not ask you to disclose the password for your email account.
3. How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, remember progress and preferences, manage active devices, deliver streams and downloads, provide notifications and support, investigate faults or abuse, enforce service rules, maintain reliability, and comply with lawful obligations. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
4. Local storage and permissions
The apps and website use device storage, cookies, or similar local technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, resume playback, manage downloads, and identify an installation. Android may request notification, storage, foreground-service, or installation permissions only when the related feature requires them. Device settings control these permissions.
5. Service providers and international processing
We use contracted hosting, authentication, database, content-delivery, storage, monitoring, and communication providers to operate the service. These providers may process limited data on our behalf in Uganda or other countries. We limit access to what is reasonably needed and apply contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We may share limited information with service providers acting for us, with professional advisers, when required by lawful authority, to investigate security or fraud, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not publish private watch history or account details.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for an active account, service operation, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised where practical. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, session controls, and restricted administrative access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may review or update available profile information, manage devices, change notification and download settings, sign out, or request account deletion. Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about the handling of your personal data, and may raise a concern with Uganda’s Personal Data Protection Office. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children
The service is not intended for a child who cannot lawfully consent to account data processing without a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian should supervise use and contact us if personal information was provided without appropriate permission.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this notice when features or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain available in the app and website. Privacy questions, rights requests, or deletion requests may be sent to support@axiomlabssolutions.com.
